Villa of Nature Energy on Prangli island
The Villa of Nature Energy, a new accommodation on Prangli Island, was completed in 2022. The villa is located on the shore of the Baltic sea.
The house is built from end to end with natural materials and is energy-efficient – an enchanting place with a good aura. Its pleasant, stylish and bright atmosphere accompanied by an enchanting sea view charms all of our guests.
Looking at the practical side, our concept has been to create a house for resting and vacation that preserves and conserves nature: we sort garbage, recycle, build only with natural materials, and produce electricity from solar batteries. In 2023, the house gained Green Key eco-label, which assures guests that, by choosing to stay with a Green Key establishment, they are helping to make a difference for environment.
For your soul and spirit, you can experience the natural energy that is crucial for recovery and relaxation: a calm atmosphere close to nature, the proximity of the pine forest and the sea where you can enjoy the sunrise in front of the house and simply soak in the peace and the lack of fast pace typical for Prangli Island.
The accommodation is open all year round.

Location:
The swimming beach, restaurants and harbour are a 5-minute walk away. The local shop is 1 km away.
Lower floor, bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms in the house.
The rooms have special names: Water, Fire, Earth and Air, named and designed
according to the four elements of nature.
Each room has a shower, toilet and two beds (can be used as both double and single beds).
Rooms Water and Air are facing the sea and also the terrace, and rooms Earth and Fire are facing the garden.
The Air room can also be used as a disabled facility (local alarm system, toilet for disabled persons).
Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation price.
Upper floor, living room, and kitchen:
Spacious balcony with sea view, sofa corner, TV, dining table, kitchenette, and toilet.
The upper floor is accessible both from the stairs inside the house and from a separate entrance next to the house, also accessible via a wheelchair lift.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
Dishes, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for cooking and eating. If necessary, you can use the sofa for additional sleeping space.
Outdoor area:
Guests can use the gas grill. There is a hammock, children area (swing and slide), outdoor furniture, private garden
Sauna:
Since 2024, there is a cube sauna with a sea view outdoors. If you heat the sauna yourself, it is included in the price. If you wish the sauna to be heated for you at a specific time, an additional 30€ will be added (includes 9% VAT).
The project “Natural energy villa, modernisation of accommodation services on Prangli island” is supported by EAS in the amount of 200,000 EUR by the European Union Regional Development Fund.

Summer season prices May-September
Entire house for one night on Fri or Sat 495 EUR
Entire house for two nights Fri-Sun 755 EUR
Entire house for one night Sun-Thu 395 EUR
Entire house for two nights Sun-Thu 595 EUR
Additional accommodation 25 EUR per person.
It is also possible to rent individual rooms during the week, with shared use of the upper floor living room and kitchen, price 120 EUR per room.
Using only the upstairs living room and kitchen (for seminars, gatherings) – 45 EUR per hour, minimum 2 hours.
Winter season prices October-April
Entire house for one night Fri or Sat 395 EUR
Entire house for two nights Fri-Sun 655 EUR
Entire house for one night Sun-Thu 295 EUR
Entire house for two nights Sun-Thu 495 EUR
Additional accommodation 25 EUR per person.
It is also possible to rent individual rooms during the week with shared use of the upper floor living room and kitchen, price 100 EUR per room.
Only use of upstairs living room and kitchen (for seminars and meetings), price 35 EUR per hour, minimum 2 hours.
All prices include VAT.
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
The reservation is considered valid if the guest has made the payment in advance.
It is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.
In the event of a storm, if it is not possible to arrive at the island by sea transport at the agreed time, all booking fees will be refunded.

Although the weather was not on our side, we had a great time on Prangli island and in the Villa of Nature Energy.
