E-store terms of use
1. General provisions
1.1. On the website www.pranglireisid.ee, Prangli Reisid OÜ, registry code 12029351, (“PRANGLI TRAVEL”) has made available an e-store intended for the purchase of travel services and the rental of camping equipment (“SERVICES”) in real time.
1.2. By using and making purchasing from the e-store, the customer (“CUSTOMER”) confirms his / her acceptance of the terms of use of the e-store and other information made available to the CUSTOMER, including concluding a purchase and sale agreement.
1.3. Only persons of at least 18 years of age and with legal capacity may make purchases from the e-store. The person whose bank account or credit card is used for making any purchases on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be responsible for those purchases.
2. Using the e-store
2.1. The CUSTOMER undertakes to check the data submitted via the e-store and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the transmitted data and the risk of any damage caused by his / her mistake in submitting such data.
2.2. Order confirmations and other necessary information will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER. If the order confirmation has not been received by the CUSTOMER within 48 hours after payment for the SERVICES, the CUSTOMER must immediately inform the seller. The CUSTOMER is also obliged to notify PRANGLI TRAVEL if other errors, inconsistencies or issues occur that prevent the use of the e-store.
2.3 When making purchase from the e-store the CUSTOMER will need to:
- Select the desired date for the trip, hike or rental, and in case of rental, also the start time.
- Enter the number of passengers / items and, if required, confirm if they are children or adults or provide other information.
- Confirm the reservation.
- Choose a payment method.
- Once the payment method has been chosen, check the booking details and read these terms of use. If everything is OK and the CUSTOMER has read these terms of use, confirm the order and click “Pay”.
- Make a payment. The order confirmation and the necessary instructions for use will be sent to the CUSTOMER by email.
The CUSTOMER can pay:
- immediately in the Internet bank;
- immediately by credit card (VISA and MasterCard);
- Via PayPal.
Card data is requested using the SSL security protocol and MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs, which ensure that the information exchanged cannot be accessed or altered by unauthorized persons.
PayPal is the preferred payment method on the Internet, as it is very fast and secure. After making payment, the CUSTOMER will be directed to PayPal’s secure environment. There is a pre-filled payment order with the amount due. The transaction is authorized by the CUSTOMER’s bank.
The personal data provided by the CUSTOMER will not be passed on to third parties.
3. Terms of sale
3.1. Terms and conditions of sale for trips and excursions
3.1.1 The CUSTOMER has the right to transfer the rights to use the SERVICES to a third party if his / her use of the SERVICES on the confirmed date proves impossible. To this end, the CUSTOMER must inform PRANGLI TRAVEL at least 24 hours in advance of any changes in the SERVICES user’s information.
3.1.2 The CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the SERVICES purchased from the e-store without penalty by notifying PRANGLI TRAVEL in writing (by email to info@pranglireisid.ee) at least 72 hours in advance. PRANGLI TRAVEL is obliged to return the amounts paid by the CUSTOMER no later than within 14 days of the cancellation of the SERVICES.
3.1.3 PRANGLI TRAVEL has the right to cancel the SERVICES if it is due to force majeure (e.g. strong winds in case of sea voyages, technical failures of the means of sea transport, etc., in which case it is not possible to provide the SERVICES).
3.1.4 PRANGLI TRAVEL has the right to cancel the SERVICES (hikes and scheduled trips) if too few participants are registered for the trip. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be notified of the cancellation no later than 48 hours before the start of the trip.
3.1.5 In case of cancellation of the trip in clauses 3.1.3. and 3.1.4. PRANGLI TRAVEL is obliged to return the amounts paid by the Customer within 14 days of the cancellation of the SERVICES.
3.1.6. The CUSTOMER undertakes to turn up for the trip or hike on time, at the time specified in the travel description and at the meeting place specified in the travel description. In case of any delay by the CUSTOMER’s or failure to turn up on time for the trip or hike, the money paid for the SERVICES will not be refunded.
3.1.7. The CUSTOMER may not turn up if they are ill (e.g. they have a cold, cough or runny nose etc.) or drunk on a trip or hike. The travel guide has the right to refuse to allow a CUSTOMER with clear evidence of illness or alcohol consumption on the trip or hike. If the CUSTOMER is denied participation on the trip or hike for such reasons, the money paid for the SERVICES will not be refunded.
3.2. Terms of sale for smart solutions
3.2.1. When using digital solutions, the CUSTOMER undertakes to follow the instructions sent by PRANGLI TRAVEL for the use of such digital solutions (including downloading the necessary free mobile applications) and to have a smart device with GPS and Internet connection for use.
3.2.2. The CUSTOMER undertakes to respect the copyright of such digital solutions and, as such, only to use the solutions prudently and not to distribute them.
3.3. Terms and conditions of sale of camping equipment rental
3.3.1. The CUSTOMER undertakes to use the rented equipment prudently.
3.3.2. The rented equipment must be returned on time by the date and time indicated in the order confirmation.
3.3.3. When returning the rented equipment, the instructions provided by PRANGLI TRAVEL must be followed.
3.3.4. PRANGLI TRAVEL has the right to demand an additional fee for equipment not returned on time according to its current price list.
3.3.5 The CUSTOMER is obliged to notify PRANGLI TRAVEL immediately if the rented equipment is damaged or lost.
3.3.6 If the damage to the rented equipment is due to the CUSTOMER’s fault, the CUSTOMER is obliged to compensate PRANGLI TRAVEL for the damage.
3.3.7 All risks related to the use of the equipment are borne by the CUSTOMER and the CUSTOMER is obliged to compensate PRANGLI TRAVEL for any damage.
3.3.8 If the rented equipment cannot be provided due to it being unavailable or for any other reason, the CUSTOMER shall be notified as soon as possible and the money paid shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3.3.9 The CUSTOMER undertakes to pick up the rented equipment on time, at the agreed time specified in the order confirmation. In case of any delay by the CUSTOMER, the availability of equipment is not guaranteed and the money paid for the rental will not be returned.
4. Terms of payment
4.1. When booking SERVICES via the e-store, the CUSTOMER is required to pay the full price of the respective SERVICES.
4.2. The CUSTOMER shall pay the price of the SERVICES and other specified amounts to PRANGLI TRAVEL via the chosen payment method. When paying via the Internet bank, the payment is considered to have been made upon receipt of the amount in PRANGLI TRAVEL’s bank account. In the case of a card payment, the payment is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the payment confirmation by PRANGLI TRAVEL. Immediately after making a transfer or card payment, the CUSTOMER must click the “back to the merchant” button to register the payment immediately. If the customer does not click the “back to the merchant” button or if the internet connection is lost, but the money has been booked / transferred from the bank but the order confirmation letter has not been received, the CUSTOMER should contact PRANGLI TRAVEL immediately.
4.3. Neither the e-store nor PRANGLI TRAVEL are obliged to issue a confirmation to the CUSTOMER for the booked SERVICES until full payment has been made. At the same time, the CUSTOMER remains responsible for paying the full price of the booked SERVICES even if an order confirmation has been issued to him / her before full payment has been made for the SERVICES.
4.4. Partial or complete non-use of the SERVICES is not a basis for a refund of the SERVICES fee.
4.5. All payments will be taken in Euros.
5. Filing claims and the CUSTOMER’s right of withdrawal
If the CUSTOMER finds that the SERVICES does not meet the conditions established by PRANGLI TRAVEL, the CUSTOMER must inform PRANGLI TRAVEL immediately. If no solution is found, a written complaint about the case must be submitted as soon as possible, but not later than within fourteen (14) days of the CUSTOMER becoming aware of the case. A written claim must be submitted to PRANGLI TRAVEL and sent to info@pranglireisid.ee Any claim not submitted by this deadline will be deemed to have expired.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. PRANGLI TRAVEL does not disclose the CUSTOMER’s personal data that has become known to PRANGLI TRAVEL in the course of the CUSTOMER using the e-store, unless the publication takes place with the CUSTOMER’s consent or the obligation or right to disclose the data due to any legislation or these terms of use. Personal data is processed in accordance with PRANGLI TRAVEL privacy information.
6.2 PRANGLI TRAVEL is the controller of your personal data, PRANGLI TRAVEL will share this personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS and providing the Services.
