The Nature Energy Villa was built using energy-efficient solutions and natural materials. Its location, ambiance, and eco-friendly nature aim to inspire clients to make sustainable choices while contributing to environmental conservation. Solar energy solutions allow the household to be entirely powered by renewable energy during the summer season.

Our Environmental Practices:

Guiding Guests Towards Sustainable Choices

    • Thoughtful use of textiles (towels, linens) to minimize excessive washing.

Sustainability Goals for The Nature Energy Villa, 2025

1. Water Use Goals

  • Continue collecting rainwater for irrigation, implemented since the 2023 watering season.

2. Heat Energy Goals

  • Instruct guests to keep windows and doors closed during cold weather, as the house has an efficient ventilation system.
  • Set thermostats to a maximum of 22°C in bedrooms and keep bedroom doors closed.
  • Perform regular maintenance on heating equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.

3. Electricity Use Goals

  • Turn off all lights when unoccupied, and set the ventilation system to “away mode” during longer absences.
  • Use energy-saving LED bulbs throughout the house.
  • Ensure that all newly purchased appliances are of the highest energy efficiency class.

4. Waste Sorting Goals

  • Maintain the current high level of sorting quality and standards.
