Employee Incentive and Team-Building Events on Prangli Island
Prangli Island is is the closest island to Tallinn that has maintained its native population and culture. It takes 1 hour from Leppneeme port (30 minutes from Tallinn city centre) by ferry to reach the island. It’s also possible to order transport to the island by motorboats or yachts.
Prangli Travel has been organizing team events for both Estonian and international corporate clients for more than 10 years.
We can organise one-day and multi-day activities, according to your requirements. You can order sightseeing tours, accommodation at campsites, tourist farms or in Villa of Nature Energy, meals, transport and a wide range of activities and entertainment for an exciting change to your summer days or company events.
The price will depend on the size of your group and the activities and options you choose. The maximum group size is 150 people.

Many thanks for organising our summer days. Everything went well and we were very pleased. The whole programme was well suited, the guides were nice and we understood each other’s jokes. The relay race in the evening was particularly enjoyable! On Saturday evening, a few brave ones even made it to the restaurant party.
On Sunday, we arrived at Mölgi beach, where we did some SUP-ing. We also took part in the traditional Prangli Sports Days. If anybody asks who the two crazy people were who went for a run on the island on Sunday – they were from our team!

Thank you very much for a super nice organisation! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! The place was very beautiful – we fit nicely and there was plenty of room, a nice sauna and a cool atmosphere. The host Endel and our guide Mikk were so friendly, helpful and cool-it was a pleasure to drive around the island! And finally we got to go to Keri Island too!!(for me it was the 3rd attempt … ) We got lucky even with the weather – while the other group of people who were also on the island at the same time, got a lot of rain. Our guide Mikk planned the tour so that we didn’t even see the rain!!!! But on the way back we had a nice thunderstorm, so we can remember that we indeed visited the island!!! And Annika was also very good and easy to deal with – very professional! Everything that was agreed, was done!!! So once again: BIG THANKS!!!!

Teachers on Prangli Island
We had a very nice two days on Prangli Island and I am glad in retrospect, I am glad that we did not overthink the activities. Any more team games would have been unnecessary as the island tour with our guide Andreas was fantastic. He is a young man made for this kind of work: he is a good communicator, has a good sense of humor and what’s more, we really got to know everything we wanted to know about island life, he always had the answers. A big thank you to him again. It was very nice to go swimming after the tour and also look around on our own, we didn’t need any other activities. We also had pleasant interactions in the harbour café where we ate, the food was home-cooked and delicious. Thank you again for a wonderful day!

Summer days in Estonia
We had our companys summer days in Prangli island. What a great choice! Excellent service, breathtaking views, delicious food and overall a stunning stay. I woukd definetly recommend Ülesaare Kämping for smaller groups (max 24 persons). That stay made our stay! Really nice experience!
