Terms of Use of the Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. The website www.pranglireisid.ee provides access to an online store operated by Prangli Reisid OÜ, registry code 12029351 (hereinafter “PRANGLI TRAVEL”), intended for the purchase of travel services and rental of hiking equipment (hereinafter “SERVICES”) in real time.

1.2. By using the online store and making purchases, the client (hereinafter “CLIENT”) confirms their acceptance of these terms of use and other information made available to the client, including entering into a purchase agreement for the purchase of services (hereinafter “sales agreement”).

1.3. Purchases from the online store may only be made by a person at least 18 years old and legally competent. Purchases made by a person not meeting these requirements are the responsibility of the person whose bank account or credit card was used to make the payment.

2. Use of the Online Store

2.1. The client agrees to check all entered information and is responsible for its accuracy, bearing any resulting risk and damages due to their own error.

2.2. Order confirmations and other necessary information are sent to the email address provided by the client. If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours after payment, the client must notify the seller immediately. The client must also report any errors, discrepancies, or malfunctions that prevent the use of the online store.

2.3. The purchase in the online store takes place as follows:

  • Select the desired date and, for rentals, also the start time.
  • Enter the number of participants or items to be rented and specify category if needed.
  • Confirm the booking.
  • Choose a payment method.
  • After selecting the payment method, review your order and the terms of use. Confirm and click “Pay.”
  • Complete the payment. Confirmation and instructions will be sent by email.

You can pay via:

  • Online banking
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard)
  • PayPal

Secure protocols SSL, MasterCard SecureCode, and Verified by Visa ensure that transmitted information cannot be intercepted or altered. Prangli Travel does not share your personal data with third parties.

3. Sales Terms of the Service Provider

3.1. Terms for travel and hiking services

  • The client may transfer the right to use services to a third party if unable to participate. The client must inform Prangli Travel at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The client may cancel a service purchased from the online store without penalty if notice is given in writing (info@pranglireisid.ee) at least 72 hours in advance. Paid sums will be refunded within 14 days.
  • Prangli Travel may cancel the service in the event of force majeure (e.g., strong winds, technical failures, etc.).
  • Services may also be canceled if there are too few participants; clients will be informed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days in case of cancellation due to force majeure or insufficient participants.
  • Clients must arrive at the agreed time and location; failure to do so is non-refundable.
  • Participation is not allowed if sick or intoxicated; refusal of service in such cases does not warrant a refund.

3.2. Terms for digital solutions

  • The client agrees to follow all instructions for use (including downloading necessary apps) and must have a GPS and internet-enabled device.
  • The client agrees not to distribute or misuse any copyrighted content.

3.3. Terms for renting hiking equipment

  • The client must use the equipment responsibly.
  • Equipment must be returned on time.
  • The client must follow the return procedure.
  • Prangli Travel may charge additional fees for late returns.
  • Damaged or lost equipment due to the client’s fault must be compensated.
  • The client assumes all risks related to the use of rented equipment.
  • If equipment is unavailable, the client will be notified and refunded within 14 days.
  • If the client fails to pick up the equipment on time, availability is not guaranteed and no refund is given.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.2. Payments are made via online banking or credit card. Payment is considered made when funds are received by Prangli Travel. After payment, click “Return to Merchant” to confirm.

4.3. A confirmation email is not mandatory for a valid payment; the client remains responsible for full payment.

4.4. Unused services do not entitle the client to a refund.

4.5. All transactions are in euros.

5. Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

If a service does not meet expectations, the client must notify the provider immediately. If unresolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days to info@pranglireisid.ee. Complaints submitted after this deadline are considered expired.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Prangli Travel does not disclose the client’s personal data except with consent or if legally required. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

6.2. Prangli Travel is the data controller and provides necessary data to Maksekeskus AS to process payments.
