Nature Energy Villa on Prangli island
The Nature Energy Villa, a unique accommodation on Prangli Island, was completed in 2022 and is located right by the Baltic Sea.
Built entirely from natural materials and designed for energy efficiency, this villa offers a space with an inviting, harmonious atmosphere. Its stylish, bright interior and captivating sea views enchant all who stay here.
Our aim was to create a vacation home that respects and preserves nature. We sort waste, recycle, build with sustainable materials, and generate electricity from solar panels. In 2023, the villa received the Green Key eco-label, signifying that guests are choosing an environmentally conscious stay and supporting sustainable tourism.
For the soul, the Nature Energy Villa provides an atmosphere of natural energy that enhances relaxation and rejuvenation. Here, you’ll find peace in the pine forests and along the seashore, where sunrises can be enjoyed right in front of the house, embodying the tranquil, unhurried pace of Prangli Island.
The villa is open year-round, inviting you to enjoy its beauty and tranquility in every season.
About the Nature Energy Villa:
Location:
The swimming beach, dining spots, and harbor are all within a 5-minute walk. A convenience store is located 1 km away.
Ground Floor: Bedrooms
The villa features four uniquely named bedrooms inspired by the elements: Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. Each room is thoughtfully designed around these themes and includes an en-suite shower and WC. Each bedroom has two beds, which can be set up as either single or double beds, accommodating a total of 8 guests. Bed linens and towels are included.
The Air room is also accessible for guests with disabilities, featuring a local alarm system and an adapted WC.
Upper Floor: Living Room and Kitchen
The spacious upper floor is ideal for larger groups. It includes a large balcony with a sea view, a cozy lounge area (with the option to add 2 extra beds), an adjustable TV, a dining table, a kitchenette, and a WC. The upper floor is accessible by stairs from within the house and via a separate entrance on the side, where a lift is available for wheelchair access.
The kitchen is fully equipped for convenient cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker (both espresso machine and French press). Cooking and dining utensils are provided, along with essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee.
Outdoor Area and Sauna
Guests can enjoy a gas grill, hammock, outdoor furniture, and a swing and slide for children. Starting in 2024, the villa will feature a cube sauna with a sea view. If you heat the sauna yourself, it is included in the villa rental (firewood is also provided). Alternatively, if you prefer the sauna preheated for a specific time, a €30 service fee applies (including 9% VAT).

Additional beds on the sofa: €25/person.
All prices include VAT.
It is also possible to rent individual rooms during the weekdays, with shared access to the upper-floor living room and kitchen. The rate is €150 per room in the high season and €120 per room in the low season.
For renting only the upper-floor living room and kitchen separately from the rooms (for seminars, gatherings), the rate is €45/hour in the high season and €35/hour in the low season. Minimum rental time is 2 hours.
- Check-in for accommodations is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
- Adjustments can be arranged if ferry schedules do not match check-in or check-out times.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
- In case of a storm, if reaching the island by ferry at the agreed time is not possible, all reservation fees will be refunded.
