Villa of Nature Energy on Prangli Island
The Villa of Nature Energy, a unique accommodation on Prangli Island, was completed in 2022 and is located right by the Baltic Sea.
Built entirely from natural materials and designed for energy efficiency, this villa offers a space with an inviting, harmonious atmosphere. Its stylish, bright interior and captivating sea views enchant all who stay here.
Our aim was to create a vacation home that respects and preserves nature. We sort waste, recycle, build with sustainable materials, and generate electricity from solar panels. In 2023, the villa received the Green Key eco-label, signifying that guests are choosing an environmentally conscious stay and supporting sustainable tourism.
For the soul, the Villa of Nature Energy provides an atmosphere of natural energy that enhances relaxation and rejuvenation. Here, you’ll find peace in the pine forests and along the seashore, where sunrises can be enjoyed right in front of the house, embodying the tranquil, unhurried pace of Prangli Island.
The villa is open year-round, inviting you to enjoy its beauty and tranquility in every season.

Location:
A swimming beach, dining options, and the harbor are just a 5-minute walk away. The local store is 1 km away.
Ground floor: bedrooms
The four bedrooms are named and themed after the four elements: Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. Each room has a shower, toilet, and two beds that can be used as a double or twin. In total, the house sleeps 8 people. Bed linen and towels are included.
The room “Air” is also accessible and adapted for guests with special needs. It includes a local alarm system and an accessible toilet.
Upper floor: living room and kitchen
The spacious upper floor accommodates larger groups comfortably. It features a large balcony with a sea view, a big sofa area (with the possibility of adding 2 extra sleeping spots), a movable TV, dining table, kitchenette, and a toilet. The upper floor is accessible via internal stairs and a separate side entrance with a lift for wheelchair users.
The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine (portafilter machine and French press), and all necessary cookware and tableware. Basic supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee are also provided.
Outdoor area and sauna
Guests have access to a gas grill. There is also a hammock, outdoor furniture, a swing, and a slide for children. Starting in 2024, a cube-shaped sauna with a sea view is available. If you heat the sauna yourself, it’s included in the house price (firewood is provided). If you’d like the sauna pre-heated at a specific time, an additional 30 eur service fee applies (incl. 13% VAT).

Additional sleeping places on the sofa: 25 € per person per night.
Prices include VAT.
On weekdays, it is also possible to rent individual rooms with shared use of the upstairs living room and kitchen. The price is 150 € per room during high season and 120 € per room during low season.
Rental of only the upstairs living room and kitchen (for seminars or gatherings), without accommodation: 45 €/hour in high season and 35 €/hour in low season. Minimum rental time is 2 hours.
- Check-in for accommodation is at 16:00 and check-out at 13:00.
- These times can always be adjusted if the ferry schedule does not align with the check-in or check-out times.
- The booking is considered valid once the guest has paid the advance deposit.
- Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.
- In case of a storm, if transport to the island at the agreed time is not possible, all booking payments will be refunded.

A huge thank you for such a wonderful experience! We’ve hardly ever travelled like this with our big family, and it was such a lovely time together. The sauna visit was especially fun, and running into the sea in between. The guided tour was great too, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The retro-style bike ride also came together quickly – we got the hang of it in no time!
